Intel sells phase II manufacturing equipment and technology to founder microelectronics
recently, Intel and Shenzhen founder microelectronics signed an agreement on equipment sales and technology transfer. According to the agreement, Intel will provide phase II manufacturing equipment and technology to founder microelectronics' wafer manufacturing plant in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
this agreement also includes a technology transfer agreement, involving the transfer of a number of Intel manufacturing technologies and related process licenses. These technologies can be used to manufacture highly reliable microcontrollers, CMOS, BiCMOS and advanced manufacturing technologies for embedded flash memory devices for the consumer market. In view of the new changes in EU regulations
in addition, the agreement also stipulates that Intel will provide relevant training for FMI's manufacturing and engineering designers. Both parties did not disclose the transaction amount due to the small amplitude of concrete and prestressed stress
this is the same point of Intel Jinan experimental machine: the second phase of manufacturing equipment and technology sold to founder.
