(1) to ensure a good environment, we need to know more about experimental machines and use them correctly

because inkjet printing machines are developed from paper inkjet printers, their operating environment and other factors are similar to general color inkjet printers. In order to make ink-jet printing produce beautiful images, it is necessary to ensure that it is in the best state of work, so as to ensure that the ink is at the best level of use and give full play to the special performance of the ink. Therefore, it is necessary to operate reasonably and maintain diligently. It is necessary to complete the whole operation in strict accordance with the instructions. In particular, it is necessary to develop the correct habit of turning on and off. It is not allowed to operate at will or disorderly. Turning the printer on and off seems to be the simplest thing, but it is of great importance to the maintenance of the inkjet printing machine

generally, when turning on and off, the system initialization test should be carried out to detect whether the printer is ready, fill the ink box nozzle with ink, and automatically clean the print head. To ensure normal work, reduce the failure rate and eliminate hidden trouble, ensure the normal use of ink, reduce the loss of ink and other materials, and improve work efficiency. Do not forcibly unplug the power plug when the printer is powered on. Abnormal shutdown is very easy to cause print head positioning failure. In order to ensure the good operation of ink-jet printing, it is generally required that the temperature of the working environment is 15~35 ℃, and the humidity is 20%~80%, and the environment should be as free from dust, static electricity and other interference as possible. Countless tiny nozzles are distributed on the nozzle of the inkjet printing machine, which is exposed to the air when it is not working. Because the size of the nozzle aperture is equivalent to the dust floating in the space, if the printer has a poor working environment and more dust, the small nozzle is easy to be polluted and blocked by dust. If the indoor humidity is too high, not only the machine parts are easy to rust, but also the nozzle is difficult to ensure that it will not be corroded. The temperature change range of the working environment of the printing machine should not be too large, because the inkjet printing machine contains not only a large number of metal parts, but also a large number of engineering plastic parts, and the nozzle aperture is very thin. If the environmental temperature changes too much, the thermal expansion of the parts will cause excessive wear of mechanical parts, and the change of the nozzle aperture size will also affect the printing quality

the printing machine also needs dust removal maintenance after working for a period of time. The operator should know the basic knowledge of printing and dyeing, be sensitive to color and light, have a certain appreciation of handicrafts, be careful and serious about the work, have a strong heart, have a high enthusiasm for the work, and have a certain foundation for the application of pattern design software

(2) use high-quality ink

among inkjet printing consumables, ink is the main factor affecting the quality of inkjet printing. Using unqualified ink will not only seriously affect the printing quality, but also cause damage to the machine. The quality of the ink can determine the quality of the printed image and the service life of the nozzle. Ink can be called the blood of the whole system, which is directly related to the quality of the whole printing. It has the most direct impact on the color authenticity, color expressiveness, visual impact, fade resistance of the output image, as well as the service life of the printer and the physical and mental health of users. The requirements for ink are generally as follows:

① the color is accurate and can reach the color of the original

② the ink particle fineness should be fine, otherwise it is easy to block the ink head

③ the price of ink should be low, otherwise it will affect the promotion and use of digital printing

at present, there are mainly two ways of digital ink-jet printing, namely YMCK ink-jet printing (dot matrix) based on high-precision nozzle, and the pre mixing method of pre mixing dyes into certain colors and spraying them on fabrics. When printing with YMCK method, in order to obtain high fineness and smooth light color transition, high resolution must be required, which requires that the fineness of the nozzle is very small, and the requirements for ink are also very high. It is difficult to improve the inkjet speed, but the number of dyes used is relatively small, and the basic color is four colors. Dot matrix printing is a widely used printing method at present. Because the nozzle diameter of the nozzle is very small, the printing part can withstand the environmental experiment of extreme high temperature and extreme low temperature in an instant. The reliable equipment has high resolution, and has very high requirements for the viscosity, surface tension, inorganic salt content of ink and particle fineness of dye

(3) pay attention to ink cartridge maintenance and prevent ink leakage

ink cartridge is an integrated product across many high-tech fields such as modern chemical industry, materials, microelectronics, etc. the production and manufacturing process of ink and ink cartridge is highly technical and professional, so try to choose original consumables with good quality to ensure perfect printing effect, good operation of the machine, and reduce scrap rate and failure rate. Do not use compatible inks and cartridges that are cheap and of poor quality, which not only cannot guarantee the printing quality, but also prone to ink leakage and other failures. The leaked ink not only pollutes the working environment, but also may damage the machine and scrap the fabric. Poor quality ink will also lead to nozzle blockage, scrap the ink cartridge or nozzle, and even burn out the drive chip by 1.76 PCT less than the previous month. When the machine is used for the first time every day, it should carry out self-test to ensure that the self-test waveform test chart is good every time it is turned on, and then the nozzle will be able to use this compatible ink for a long time

in addition, do not expose the ink cartridge to the air for a long time to prevent the print head from drying up and blocking. Do not disassemble the ink cartridge in a dusty environment. When installing a new ink cartridge, the print head must be cleaned once. Do not touch the outlet of the ink box with your hand to prevent impurities from mixing into the ink box. Because the ink is conductive, if it is spilled on the circuit board, it should be wiped with absolute ethanol and then powered on after it is dried, otherwise it may damage the circuit components; Don't hit the ink cartridge to prevent ink leakage. Ink leakage is a common fault in ink-jet printing, and it is also a problem that should be paid attention to at all times in ink-jet printing. The main reasons for ink leakage are:

① the use of filling ink shields the intelligent chip of the machine's ink supply system, so that it cannot effectively monitor the use of ink. The feedback information of the chip is incomplete, which can not effectively guide users to use ink, resulting in ink leakage

② because there is always some air in the ink cartridge, the air pressure remains normal due to the existence of pores. Too much ink is filled into the ink cartridge by means of ink filling, which destroys the pressure in the printer nozzle and the air tightness of the ink cartridge, so that the air pressure adjustment function fails, and the temperature in the ink cartridge will rise, so that the internal pressure is greater than the external atmospheric pressure, and the ink is ejected from the print head, causing ink leakage

③ the ink quality is not up to standard, and it deteriorates after being used for a period of time, producing large and small particles, which not only corrodes the print head, but also causes the nozzle to be blocked and does not produce ink. Ink leakage occurs when the machine vibrates strongly

④ during ink filling, the size of pores is destroyed and the size of pores is changed. When the machine runs faster, the ink is thrown out of the nozzle, causing ink leakage. In short, the failure of ink leakage is mainly caused by the use of filling and inferior ink. It not only has serious damage to the ink supply system, printing nozzles, machinery and equipment, but also the ink has small color gamut, impure color, easy to produce color deviation, and cannot guarantee the image quality

(3) maintenance of main components such as print head

in the intelligent print head, micro read-write memory or smart chip is embedded to automatically adjust the working state of inkjet printing, keep the printing in the best state, provide relevant information of the print head, automatically save inkjet data and historical records, and prompt the remaining amount of ink, etc. For the nozzle, the nozzle cannot be removed from the host and placed separately; Do not place it in a high temperature and low humidity environment for a long time to prevent the evaporation of water in the ink from drying up the ink and causing nozzle blockage; Do not put the nozzle in a place that is prone to static electricity, so as to avoid damage to the circuit board at the nozzle and the thermal components in the nozzle due to static electricity; Do not hit or disassemble the nozzle; Do not clean the nozzle with water to avoid blocking the nozzle; Do not wipe the nozzle surface with facial paper, lens paper, cloth, etc; Prevent oil, alcohol, etc. from dripping onto the nozzle, so as to avoid solidification and blockage caused by the change of ink composition; Do not blow into the nozzle to prevent ink contamination or ink surface tension reduction from affecting printing. When printing is normal, do not clean the print head frequently, because it not only consumes ink, but also is easy to wear the print head

the print head will block the orifice, affect the print quality, and even cause the whole print head to be scrapped due to long printing time, long-term use, improper use of ink, and the use of inferior ink cartridges. In case of nozzle blockage during work, clean the print head. For some print heads that cannot work due to temporary nozzle blockage, their printing function can be restored after maintenance, which can usually be solved by simple flushing method. Most inkjet printers automatically clean the print head when they are turned on, and buttons are set to clean the print head. Therefore, for the slight blockage such as normal printing but lack of stroke or color, or blurred image under high resolution, it can generally be solved by using the jet hole cleaning program provided by the printer. Therefore, in case of slight jet hole blockage such as lack of stroke or poor color, it is necessary to use the cleaning program as soon as possible, which is the simplest and best maintenance method. During the printing process, the machine frequently fills ink or cleans the spray holes, but the printing effect is still poor, or the print head nozzle is seriously blocked, the machine cannot fill ink, or the printer refuses to work, so we can only use the manual cleaning method

pay attention to the following points when cleaning the print head:

① do not clean the nozzle with sharp objects, do not hit the nozzle, and do not touch the nozzle with your hands

② do not disassemble or install the nozzle under the charged state, and do not touch the electrical contacts of the printer with hands or other objects

③ do not remove the nozzle from the printer and place it separately, and do not place the nozzle in a dusty place. Although the manual cleaning method is not complicated, due to the need to disassemble the nozzle, the cleaning times should not be too many or too frequent, and pay attention not to pollute the electrode part during operation
