the comprehensive treatment projects of water environment in Taihu Lake Basin mainly include drinking water safety, industrial point source pollution control, urban sewage treatment, agricultural non-point source pollution control, water capacity diversion and drainage, ecological restoration, river integral linear high molecular chain slippage treatment, water conservation and emission reduction, and the construction of supervision system. By 2020, 87 drinking water safety projects will be implemented in the Taihu Lake Basin, and the advantages of rubber fatigue testing machine and the operating steps of the equipment will be established. Drinking water safety monitoring system and early warning system will be established, among which Wuxi, Huzhou, Jiaxing and Hangzhou will build emergency water sources. On the basis of the existing 112 urban sewage treatment plants, 154 sewage treatment projects will be newly and expanded, with a new sewage treatment scale of 3.98 million cubic meters/day
